We are excited to make an announcement but let’s do a short recap first. Hope For Critters has grown from strength to Strength since its inception 3 years ago with the generous support from its kind Patrons. We strive constantly to be the force and saving hands for all the animals who become the unfortunate victims of accident, abuse, abandonment, and various other scenarios that put them in harm’s way. Our services range from rescues, clinical treatment, rehabilitative care, rehoming or adoption, Pet Ambulance, voicing against animal cruelty and most importantly our own rehab centre which is a safe haven in all respects to pets who are ill or could not find a home willing to take them in. But it has always been our mission to do more, to come up with newer measures and initiatives that can make a better place for the voiceless animals.
We are pleased to announce the launch of Pet Food Bank from the house of “HFC”, the first of its kind in the country. This newest initiative will be called “Vetri’s Pet food bank”. Vetri’s Pet food Bank will be equipped with its own kitchen that will prepare wet food every day. Dry food will be available for the animals in need based on availability of the stock and requirement. HFC will be conducting feeding drives to feed street pets and the food bank will be open for other animal enthusiasts who can collect the meals from us to feed the street animals. This newest initiative is a small step of our vision of hoping to create a society where no animal should go to sleep with a hungry belly.

We believe that food is the fundamental right of every living creature. We envision a world filled with passionate volunteers who are ready to put this cause above self and do their best to facilitate food for all the pets in all corners of the planet!
No initiative with a purpose or vision can grow just with the passion of the people who created it. We believe that the world is filled with Noble and compassionate souls who will do their part in making the lives of pets a little easier… One meal at a time.

Hunger is a universal emotion for all creatures. While it is a welcome and warm thing that there are food banks for humans, there is none such for animals in our place! Vetri Pet Food Bank is the first-of-its-kind initiative to create a food bank for pets!

The food we will be making is nutritious and optimally balanced with necessary proteins, vitamins, fats, minerals and carbohydrates. The ingredients are not dissimilar to the ones from humans consume as we will be using good source of protein, rice , dal, pumpkin, veggies to ensure a healthy well rounded diet for the animal
